1. Information and purposes
Our web hosting infrastructure receives your IP address, User-Agent (browser and device information), requested URL, referring page and request time automatically when it delivers a page. These technical data are used to deliver and secure the website and investigate faults. We do not operate accounts or payments and do not collect browsing history from other websites ourselves.
Our local privacy preference records your choice and its time on your device. Optional third-party games may receive IP addresses, User-Agent, referral information, gameplay activity, cookie identifiers and device information after you choose to load them. Their own services may use these data to run games, measure activity and deliver advertising.
There is no submission form on this website. If you send us an email, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, resolve problems and administer privacy rights. Do not send sensitive information unless needed.
2. Google advertising and personalization
We use Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX) through Google Publisher Tag on the homepage, collection pages and game introduction pages. AdSense is not separately installed. No other advertising networks are configured by our website. Third-party game publishers may load their own providers, which we have not independently inventoried. You can avoid those services by declining external games. Before enabling additional ad vendors, we must list their names, policy and opt-out links here and in our certified consent platform. 4. Cookies, local storage and retention
Google advertising on our pages may set advertising cookies and identifiers. We do not install Google Analytics or set our own analytics cookies. The necessary localStorage key aa-privacy-v1 is set by Aberdeenacademia only when you save a privacy choice. It stores the external-game choice and timestamp, expires after 180 days and can be withdrawn at any time. The search field is not persisted. Native preferences in an individual game are controlled by that game's host.

You may also have the right to opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information directly. Google advertising partners may process identifiers for personalized advertising, subject to applicable choices and law. We honor applicable browser privacy signals where required when processing they apply to is enabled.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”, the right you want to exercise and the domain involved. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions and local deadlines. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including EEA authorities, the UK ICO or the Swiss FDPIC. We do not penalize you for exercising rights.
7. International transfers, security and children
Hosting, mail and game providers may process data in other countries. Where required, a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards must apply; contact us for information on a particular transfer. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This service is for people aged 16 or older, or a higher minimum age where local law requires. It is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child supplied personal data, email us so we can investigate and remove information we control.
