Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Aberdeenacademia and its browser game directory.
Effective: November 6, 2026. “We” and “our” refer to the operator of Aberdeenacademia on this domain. Contact: [email protected]. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
1. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and permit your use. We do not offer real-money gambling, purchases or accounts through this website.
2. Permission and intellectual property
You receive a limited, revocable permission to use this site for lawful personal, non-commercial entertainment. Our original editorial text, site design, software and Aberdeenacademia marks belong to the site operator or its licensors. Game names, art, trademarks and game software remain the property of their respective owners; their display does not imply our ownership or endorsement.
Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or modify protected content without the relevant owner's permission, except as applicable law permits. Copyright holders can send a notice with the work, affected URL, ownership details and contact information to our email for review.
3. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service; bypass security or access restrictions; introduce malware; interfere with games or advertising; create fraudulent ad clicks or impressions; or use automated scraping, crawling or bulk extraction without permission, except indexing allowed by published crawler rules. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening or abusive material by email or through third-party features. Do not impersonate others or misuse personal information. We may restrict access or remove links where reasonably necessary to address misuse.
4. Games and external services
Games are delivered by independent publishers through external frames after you choose to load them. The publisher's terms and privacy policy govern its service. Availability, controls, features and device support vary. We may change or remove games and links at any time. Report broken or inappropriate content to [email protected].
5. Advertising and relationship with Google
The website displays advertising through Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX). AdSense is not separately installed. Google is an independent third party. Google and advertisers control their advertisements, delivery and associated data processing; we do not control or endorse each advertisement, product, claim or destination. An advertisement is not a recommendation from Aberdeenacademia. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or operated by Google. Google advertising tags are installed on the homepage, collection pages and game introduction pages.
Google and other providers may collect information as explained in our Privacy Policy and, when deployed, the certified consent message. Do not click ads to support us or generate artificial activity. Third-party games may carry their own advertising.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and linked content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure or universally compatible service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data or loss resulting from independent games, advertisements or external services. Our responsibility remains subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Applicable law and disputes
Mandatory consumer and data protection laws applicable in your country of habitual residence continue to apply. Unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your habitual residence. We do not require binding arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights. Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern informally; this does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or observing a legal deadline.
8. Updates and notices
We may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The updated text and effective date will appear on this page. For material changes, we will also place a prominent notice on the site before the change takes effect where required. Continued use after changes take effect is subject to the revised terms; consent is requested separately where the law requires it.
9. Contact
Questions, rights notices and service reports: [email protected]. Include the site domain and relevant page URL so we can investigate.
